Job Title: Security Analyst (Elastic Stack Awareness)
Salary: £45,000 - £64,000 (depending on experience) + benefits + excellent training
Location: West Midlands
Employment Type: Full-time on site

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Security Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cyber security and a desire to grow their skills in a supportive and high-performing environment. While expertise in the Elastic Stack is not required, a foundational understanding is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security systems and logs for suspicious activity
- Respond to and analyse security incidents
- Conduct continuous threat monitoring and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with senior analysts and wider security teams
- Document and report on security incidents and findings
Required Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a Security Analyst role, ideally with exposure to Elastic Security
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms (eg, Splunk, LogRhythm)
- Understanding of threat intelligence and incident response methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA CySA+, CISSP, or Elastic Certified are advantageous but not essential
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible for and willing to undergo security clearance
- Must be a British passport holder - dual citizenship can be accepted
- Fully on-site role with shift work required
