Account Manager Opportunity!

Location: Amsterdam

Hybrid (2-3x a week)

6 MONTH CONTRACT

€375 - €425 a day

Dutch speaking individual required!

4-5 years experience in managing accounts

Consultancy background preferred

Your Role

As Senior Client Account Manager, reporting to the Head of Client Services, you'll manage 3-4 key client accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting account growth. You'll build strong relationships with client stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and act as a point of escalation for delivery teams. While delivery is led by Product Delivery Leads, you'll be responsible for the overall success of each account and ensuring commercial processes run effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions

  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts and expand relationships

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes

  • Monitor performance and provide regular updates
