About the Role

As Traffic & Customs Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of international shipments, customs compliance, and freight coordination. Your focus will be on smooth cross-border movement of goods while maintaining the integrity of customs documentation and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customs records and maintain accurate documentation for audit readiness.
• Ensure customs duty management systems meet HMRC standards and reporting requirements.
• Oversee broker and freight forwarder activities to ensure ongoing compliance and service performance.
• Coordinate logistics between internal teams, freight providers, and end customers.
• Validate freight invoices and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Monitor and support shipping capacity aligned to demand, working closely with operations and planning teams.
