Process Engineer - cGMP, French contract opportunity to join our Neuchatel based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Act as SME for drug product manufacturing processes and technology transfer.
• Provide technical support and expertise to the receiving unit teams during the transfer.
• Assess and mitigate risks linked to process changes.
• Collaborate on validation activities, including process and equipment qualification.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges during transfer processes.
• Develop documentation, including protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Your experience/knowledge:

• * Minimum 3-5 years of experience FF area for recombinant protein.
  . Engineering or university degree in biotechnology
  . Language skills: Fluent in English and French
  . Experience with drug product manufacturing and tech transfer processes.
  . Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory compliance.
  . Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  . Interpersonal skills that enables you to work with people at all levels
