BA - SQL-Market Monitoring vacancy for a globally operating company based in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Gather and Document Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, legal, compliance, IT) to gather business and technical requirements for an insider monitoring solution.
• Conduct Global As-Is Analysis: Document existing insider monitoring processes, controls, data sources, tools, and reports used across global operations.
• Develop and Compare Solution Options: Assist in creating a business case that evaluates multiple solution options, including cost, efficiency, ROI, and overall benefits.
• Design and Configure the Selected Solution: Participate in workshops and design sessions to translate business needs into functional requirements and configure the chosen solution accordingly.

Your experience/knowledge:

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, project work, or similar roles within the financial services sector.
• Educational background in STEM, economics, banking, or finance (Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university of applied sciences).
• Experience in non-financial risk areas such as Compliance, Risk Management, or Legal-preferably with exposure to Market Conduct topics.
• Language skills: English, German is a plus
