ITSM Engineer 100% (f/m/d) vacancy for a globally operating company in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Analyze and capture customer requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of ITSM needs.
• Design and implement custom workflows in BMC Helix ITSM, including process automation.
• Develop and optimize ITSM solutions, including incident, problem, change, and service request management
• Perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet business needs
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, service managers, and business users, to ensure successful ITSM implementations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including workflow designs, process mappings, and solution blueprints.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM SaaS.
• Expertise in Developing Workflows using BMC Helix Digital Workplace
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management)
• Experience in Scripting and automation for workflow optimization (eg, via JavaScript, Python, or Shell Scripting).
• Language skills: Fluent in both German and English
