We are offering a strong career opportunity for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join a well-established, industry-leading IT organization. In this role, you will contribute to high-impact projects that support the client's strategic technology initiatives.
You will work on the CTO Product Catalogue, which is the central hub for technology products to be easily found and managed. It is like having a digital personal assistant who knows all the ins and outs of every technology product, from its purpose to its roadmaps.
Job Responsibilities
- Crafting features that make our customers go "Wow!" while adhering to our mantra: "Go Faster, Break Less, Protect Production."
- Leading design reviews that feel more like exciting brainstorming sessions than meetings.
- Automating everything. If you find yourself doing something twice, you'll write a script to do it for you.
- Be curious about the business you are in as much as about technology.
- Collaborate with team members effectively and support a common vision.
- Develop talent within the team and help create opportunities for junior team members.
- Innovate and experiment to keep abreast with evolving developer's experience.
Job Requirements
Must have:
- Experience in developing industry-leading products with a fast pace and with the latest technologies.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and be productive from day 1.
- Solid knowledge of Vanilla JS, React, NodeJs, and database PostgreSql.
- Experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with a degree of autonomy while also being able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipeline, code analysis tools, security tools, Jenkins, GIT, Confluence, etc.
- Must have self-motivation, problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and a high degree of personal integrity.
- English and Polish speaking.
Should have:
- Experience with Python, Java/Kotli, and Clojure.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in application development.
