My client is a well-established firm specialising in Mortgages, Savings and Investments. As their compliance function expands, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

In this newly created role, you'll play a key part in shaping and delivering the risk-based compliance monitoring plan, ensuring the business meets its regulatory obligations and delivers consistently good customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities include assisting in the design and delivery of high-quality, timely monitoring reviews with a focus on conduct risk and consumer outcomes, carry out first line testing, sampling and outcome reviews, produce succinct reports for senior management and track remediation progress, provide regulatory guidance to business stakeholders, keep up to date with regulatory changes (COBS, MCOB, Consumer Duty) and emerging risks, help improve compliance systems, controls and frameworks across the business.
