Senior Infrastructure Engineer required for an established financial institution. This award-winning bank is known for its strong credit ratings and resilience during economic downturns. This is a hybrid role covering aspects of Service Delivery, Incident Management, Change Management and Vendor Management. You must commit to working in the London City office one day per week.

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will have a solid engineering background with extensive commercial experience gained in a similar large-scale environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with a Banking background with experience of:

• Supporting Desktop Infrastructure
• SCCM - Deployments, Packaging & Reports
• W10/11, Office 365, SCCM, Citix
• Supporting Desktops VDIs, Laptops, surfaces, printers, Thin Client
• Active Directory Administration
• Help with deskside projects as required
• Technical escalation.

Your focus will be on automation, patching, deployment and supplement the VDI SME.
