We're hiring a Technology Development Engineer with strong mechatronics experience to join our R&D team. You'll contribute to the development of advanced inkjet printing systems, working from early concept through to validated prototypes.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and support ideation, rapid prototyping, and testing.

  • Design and develop complex mechatronic and electromechanical systems-including print heads and ink systems.

  • Participate in design reviews, DFMEAs, and iterative product improvements.

  • Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges on prototype systems.

  • Collaborate across functions to support feasibility studies and technology handovers.

What we're looking for:
  • A degree or HNC in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Proven ability to work on multi-disciplinary systems combining mechanical, electronic, and software elements.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on prototyping skills.

  • Excellent communication skills-able to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A self-starter eager to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering team.
