Duration: Permanent

Location: London/Hybrid (twice per week in the office)

Salary: £60750 per annum

Are you a passionate HR Generalist ready to make a significant impact in the financial services sector? Our client is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their dynamic People team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive HR initiatives that align with the business strategy, enhance employee engagement, and navigate organisational change. What You'll Do:

As an HR Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

Employee Relations:

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex cases, ensuring effective resolutions.
  • Build strong relationships with line managers, guiding them in managing employee matters effectively.

Organisational Design:

  • Partner with senior leaders to lead organisational restructures, including workforce planning and redundancy processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance and best practises during organisational changes.
  • Support employees through change management initiatives, offering coaching and advice.

Policy and Compliance:

  • Develop and review HR policies to align with best practises and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation in the financial services sector.

What You Bring:

  • A wealth of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and organisational design.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues and restructuring processes including redundancy and redeployment.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, including TUPE regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems and data analysis tools.

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems like Cascade, Networx, and Vector.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
