Position: Senior VIP IT Support Engineer
Location: London, City Centre (with extensive global travel)
Compensation: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Benefits
Availability: 24/7 support required

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior VIP IT Support Engineer to join a high-growth, globally expanding organisation headquartered in the heart of London. In just a few years, this company has scaled to a multibillion-pound turnover, with significant growth plans ahead.

This role is tailored for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of delivering high-calibre IT support to C-level executives and high-profile stakeholders in demanding, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class VIP, 24/7 IT support to executive stakeholders including C-Suite leaders, Group Executives, and senior management.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations across on-premises and cloud-based environments.
• Respond to IT issues promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to executive workflows.
• Travel frequently and at short notice to provide in-person support at global office locations and events.
• Ensure adherence to IT security protocols, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
• Partner closely with internal teams to support the organisation's technology transformation journey.

Experience

• 10-15+ years' experience in senior-level IT support roles, ideally supporting VIP or ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
• Previous experience supporting individuals or environments such as Royal Households, Family Offices, or tech-focused UHNWIs is highly advantageous.
• Strong technical expertise across Microsoft environments, both on-premises and cloud-based (eg, Azure).
• Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, diplomacy, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Flexibility to operate on a 24/7 basis, with a willingness to travel globally as required.
