Technical Project Manager - IT Infrastructure (Contract, Hybrid)
Location:
Stuttgart (Tues-Thurs during onboarding phase), then remote
Start Date: July 2025
Contract Length: Until December 2025
Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in IT Infrastructure to lead and deliver critical projects across client life cycle management, end-user experience, and identity management.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and stakeholder communication

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation: timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource plans
-
Drive current initiatives including:
-
Client Lifecycle Management
-
End-User Experience Improvements
-
Account Cleanup/Deprovisioning
-

Prepare for upcoming 2025 rollouts:
-
Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program
-
Client Monitoring Implementation (Nexthink)
-
-
Report project progress and risks to internal stakeholders and management
-
Collaborate with technical teams (network, desktop, IAM) to align on priorities and solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
-
5-10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT Infrastructure
-
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects with multiple workstreams
-
Strong knowledge of:
-
IT Infrastructure (Windows environments, Active Directory, client devices)
-
Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools (eg Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint)
-
Endpoint Experience Tools, specifically Nexthink
-
-
Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams
-
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Desirable:
-
Experience with digital workplace or end-user experience transformation
-
Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow
-
Previous experience working in a global or regulated enterprise environment
Working Arrangement:
-
Hybrid: Stuttgart-based onboarding (Tues-Thurs) for initial weeks of onboarding
-
Then fully remote
-
Must be available full-time for the duration of the project (Jul-Dec 2025)
