Location: Knutsford - Hybrid 2 days onsite

Rate: £330 per day Inside IR 35

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for transforming business requirements into technical designs and developing scalable, integrated solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a high level of collaboration with architecture teams, business analysts, and testing teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for transforming business requirements into technical designs and developing scalable, integrated solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a high level of collaboration with architecture teams, business analysts, and testing teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create technical designs based on business requirements
- Develop technical solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using defined architecture patterns
- Gather and define data migration requirements and execute complex transformations
- Define and implement data quality plans
- Conduct technical process reviews and participate in UATs
- Contribute to innovation through proof-of-concepts and continuous improvement initiatives
- Achieve and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications
- Estimating technical requirements for project planning
- Managing personal and team task priorities
- Designing, coding, and integrating features to meet requirements
- Supporting testing, validation, and user adoption during the project life cycle
- Mentoring team members, including internal staff and external partners
- Performing peer and code reviews
- Contributing to internal Salesforce Centre of Excellence initiatives
- Strong experience in designing and developing large-scale technology solutions
- Deep understanding of CRM/Salesforce platforms, especially within Banking and Finance
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
- Familiarity with project life cycles, documentation, and major delivery milestones
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in LWC (Lightning Web Components), Lightning, and Apex (mandatory)
- Familiarity with data security and regulatory compliance controls
- Experience with Sales, Service, Community, or Financial Services Cloud
- Salesforce certifications highly desirable
