GMP Actuarial Consultant

Fixed term contract - Must be available Immediately

Fully remote with occasional travel

Salary: up to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits

Are you an experienced actuarial professional with a background in Defined Benefit (DB) pensions and Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) work? Our client is hiring a GMP Actuarial Consultant to join a fast-growing team delivering market-leading GMP equalisation and benefit rectification projects.

• Delivering GMP equalisation, GMP conversion, NRA equalisation, and rectification projects

• Reviewing, supervising, and coaching junior team members

• Supporting workflow management and promoting team collaboration

• 3-5 years' experience in DB pensions actuarial work

• Strong knowledge of GMP and benefit rectification

• Confident communicator with good Excel skills

• Part-qualified or qualified actuary (or qualified by experience)
