Digital Transformation & Automation Lead

We're working with a global FMCG Powerhouse embarking on an exciting journey to accelerate digital transformation across its operations. They are now looking to appoint a Digital Innovation & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead to drive the development, governance, and deployment of cutting-edge digital capabilities across the business.

This is a pivotal role within the Digital team, offering the opportunity to shape the CoE framework, influence strategy, and lead high-impact initiatives focused on automation, innovation, and digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Digital CoE frameworks, standards, and governance models

• Act as the go-to expert for Digital programs and technologies, including RPA, Power Platform, and GenAI

• Partner with business transformation, process excellence, and tech delivery teams to deploy scalable digital initiatives

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of automation and innovation projects across business units

• Support change management and adoption of new digital tools and practices

• Liaise with vendors, manage delivery, and ensure long-term sustainability of digital programs

Ideal Profile:

• 5+ years of experience within managerial roles and extensive integration architecture design experience

• 5-10 years in a digital innovation or automation-focused leadership role, within a CoE structure

• Deep expertise in intelligent automation, RPA (UiPath preferred), Microsoft Power Platform, and emerging GenAI tools

• Proven track record in designing governance structures and delivery methodologies

• Strong understanding of business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, or FMCG environments

• Hands-on experience working with ERP platforms (SAP, CRM, etc.)

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills

• Comfortable working in multinational, cross-functional environments
