Digital Innovation and Automation COE lead - MAINLY REMOTE/Europe - 24months +
The Digital Innovation and Capabilities CoE Lead will be heading up the Digital CoE.
She/he manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that Digital Programs are properly developed and managed.
He/she creates and maintains procedures, frameworks and work-routines as part of the overall Operations Excellence Program in a professional consultative project delivery environment.
Moreover, the CoE lead will be leading Digital initiatives and will have ownership for multiple Frameworks and models to support and govern business imperatives and strategic initiatives across the full client's process landscape.
Furthermore, the incumbent will act as the overall Digital CoE, and work with external Service partner teams, and will be the SPOC for the client, such as Transformation, BPE, PMO, as it relates to Digital.
Main responsibilities
- Designs and implements the Digital CoE Framework; including delivery methods and procedures, standards and repositories, governance and maintenance procedures to creates and maintains standardization of process, technical, project or other documentation, as may be required, to support repeatable methods for successful project management of Digital projects.
- Partner with all internal and external groups, Transformation leads, process owners, and other relevant functions (C.I. BPE, Change, Controls etc) to successfully deploy Digital programs.
- Serve as an advisory expert on Digital programs, process improvement tools and techniques focusing on the Operating model with our strategic partners.
- Coach process owners and leadership teams at our partners on client Digital programs.
- Support and roll out of digital governance/management programs, across the organization, such as Operations Handbook, CoE methodologies, etc.
- Train, educate and ascertain consistency in the deployment of Digital programs across all business streams.
- Transfer knowledge of Digital principles, programs and tools into the organization.
- Runs Digital operations for all processes and technologies, leveraging an partner ecosystem, until handed over to applications (commercialization).
- Governs changes and enhancements incl. finance review, health and invoice management etc.
- Owns Incident Management procedures.
- Accountable for controls and audits within the CoE.
- Owns monthly operations reviews for Digital.
Accountabilities and deliverables
- Provides feedback to the Head of Digital Capabilities & Innovation and the broader about standards to Performance/Tools/Governance practices as appropriate.
- Demonstrate commitment towards Digital initiatives and willingness to challenge existing practices.
- Facilitate cross tower support and sharing of information, and application of best practices within the Digital community.
- With business partner organization participate in overall project cost estimation and deliver an accurate estimation for the Digital Innovation and Automation area.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and partners within geographies where appropriate in aim to mitigate all risks.
- Ensure that delivered solutions follows client architecture principles and best practices.
- Endorse application delivery and support team and operation team to resolve production issues and incidents.
- Support Remediation requirements to ensure any new interfaces or changes do not impact existing solutions/integration.
Technical Skills
- Automation CoE : 5-10+ years
- Integration architecture design : 8+ years
- UI path, Power platform, GenAI experience (hands on is preferable) : 5+ years
- ERP knowledge & Experience (SAP, CRM etc) : 5+ years
Qualification Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master Degree or equivalent in business or technology
- Must have 5-10+ years of progressive working experience with Intelligent Automation and Centre of excellence; ideally 5+ years in managerial positions
- Highly structured with relevant process analysis-, and re-engineering expertise
- Superior experience with digital technologies (RPA, cognitive, AI, AgenticAI, Microsoft Power Platform)
- Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyse data, problem-solve, and clearly communicate solutions.
- Ability to understand organizational requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution ie methodologies, finance processes, planning, invoicing etc.
- Ability to coordinate activities involving multiple players, including vendors, subject matter experts, developers, and end users, to design, configure, and test interfaces.
- Ability to balance critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionality to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, training and interpersonal skills.
Competencies
English language is a must.
Working in a culturally diverse environment with off-shore teams.
