About the RoleAre you passionate about shaping the future of technical certifications? We're seeking an experienced Exam Program Manager (EPM)to lead the development and life cycle management of a globally recognized DevNet Expert-level lab exam. This is a unique opportunity to influence the next generation of software and network automation professionals through high-impact certification programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full exam development life cycle-from design to delivery-ensuring quality, integrity, and technical relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to build and maintain a robust exam item bank.
- Develop and execute exam refresh strategies to mitigate exposure and maintain exam integrity.
- Monitor exam performance and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
- Create and manage all exam-related documentation, including blueprints, grading guides, and equipment/software lists.
- Act as the primary escalation point for content and technical issues related to the exam.
- Coordinate with operations and technology teams to ensure seamless exam delivery and candidate experience .
- Engage with the certification community through events, publications, and online platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Software Design & CI/CD(eg, Git, GitLab)
- Infrastructure as Code(eg, Python, REST APIs, Terraform, Ansible)
- Network Automation(eg, NETCONF, RESTCONF, YANG)
- Containers & Orchestration(eg, Docker, Kubernetes)
- DevNet Expert certification(preferred) or DevNet Professional with deep technical expertise.
- Additional certifications (eg, CCIE, CCNP) are a plus.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in technical program or exam management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with performance-based assessments is highly desirable.
