Description: Responsible for the Printing rollout/exchange project and running the Printer Service.

Support IS Infrastructure Team in other tasks.

Tasks:

o Planning and execution of the Printer exchange projects - Appr. 120 Printers in 4-7 Rollouts

o Implement operation processes with new printer service provider

o Stabilize printing services

o Setup printer reporting page

o Support IS Infrastructure team in Service Management tasks and small projects

o Ticket Coordination, Tracking

o Reporting

Experience

o Some years in IS Infra Service Management

o In special experience in Printer Contract-, and Printer Service Provider Management

o Projects management skills

o Working in IS Infrastructure area

o IT NW fundamentals

Education
