Business Analyst; Airport, de-icing

Hybrid Letterkenny (Ireland) - 2 to 3 days per week

Rate 350 euros per day

Must have experience in

1. Looking for 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Domain Expert in the Airport domain, with a focus on de-icing operations.
2. Experience with De-icing/Airport technologies and systems.
3. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards related to de-icing.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements specific to the travel industry preferably De-icing or Airports.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in product and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Data Analysis : Analyze travel data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure that all solutions comply with industry regulations and manage any associated risks.
