We are proud to partner with a global client delivering a critical transformation programme. We are currently seeking 3x Technical Business Analysts with a strong background in software rationalisation and application packaging to support a major Windows 10 to 11 migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse existing software usage across business units.

• Gather and document technical and business requirements.

• Identify software consolidation, decommissioning, and version alignment opportunities.

• Work closely with packaging and deployment teams to manage app portfolios.

• Engage with vendors and procurement for license and contract optimisation.

• Produce clear documentation - business cases, software catalogues, and migration plans.

• Support stakeholder communications and UAT planning.

• Ensure alignment with licensing, security, and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in IT Business Analysis, specifically in software life cycle and packaging.

• Hands-on experience with discovery and rationalisation across medium to large enterprises.

• Knowledge of packaging/deployment tools: SCCM, Intune, AdminStudio.

• Familiarity with asset and license management tools: ServiceNow, Flexera.

• Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and requirement gathering skills.

• Highly analytical and proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools.

Desirable:

• Certifications such as CBAP, ITIL, TOGAF are advantageous.
