We're seeking a technically skilled and proactive Application Support Consultant to join our IT team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong SQL expertise who's eager to support, maintain, and evolve a suite of business-critical systems, including SQL Server, Azure (IaaS & PaaS), Databricks, Salesforce, and other key platforms.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and ongoing development of our applications by:

• Leading SQL-based application enhancements, data migrations, and release cycles

• Troubleshooting complex issues across integrated systems and resolving SQL-related incidents

• Maintaining infrastructure and automation using Terraform, ARM templates, and YAML

• Managing third-party application support and coordinating software updates

• Contributing to system design decisions, performance reports, and monitoring solutions

We're looking for someone who:

• Has strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (including queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)

• Understands database design, data integrity, and secure data access practices

• Is familiar with Scripting, APIs (REST/SOAP), and CRM systems

• Brings working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code

• Has exposure to CIAM tools like Auth0, and modern app security best practices

• Communicates confidently with internal teams and external partners
