We're looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable Community Support Workers to join our dedicated team across the Yeovil & Mendip area.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Supporting individuals in their day-to-day lives while promoting dignity, choice, and independence
• Assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and routines
• Helping people build skills for independent living
• Encouraging social interaction and taking part in meaningful activities with those you support

What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage paid)
• Friendly and approachable, with great communication skills
• Compassionate and calm, even in challenging situations
• A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet
• Able to work independently and follow clear guidance
