Senior Network Technical Consultant - 6 Month Contract - ASAP

I am currently recruiting an experienced Senior Network Technical Consultant to support a major enterprise client.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with in-depth technical knowledge and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in large-scale network environments.

Key Details:

Location: Warwick - Hybrid
Rate: Competitive on application
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Contract Length: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve complex network problems to ensure high availability and performance
• Deliver hands-on support across routing, switching, wireless, DNS, Firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloud environments
• Lead technical troubleshooting calls and coordinate resolution efforts across teams
• Quickly gain an understanding of the full network and application landscape
• Operate effectively within an ITIL-based service management framework

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 10-12 years of practical experience in enterprise networking
• CCNP certification required; CCIE (R&S or Data Center) strongly preferred
• Expert-level proficiency with Cisco and Fortinet routing/switching technologies
• Strong experience in network security, including Firewalls and IDS/IPS solutions
• Familiar with load balancers (particularly F5) and DNS/DHCP services
• Knowledge of HPOV NNMi and Cisco Catalyst Centre Infrastructure
