Experience with IT Operations

3-4 years of Experience

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the maintenance and operation of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Ensure that all IT equipment is functioning optimally and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Incident Management:

Respond to IT-related incidents promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues and ensure continuity of operations.

System Upgrades and Maintenance:

Plan and implement system upgrades and updates to keep the IT infrastructure current and secure.

Schedule regular maintenance to prevent potential issues and ensure system reliability.

Security Management:

Implement and monitor security measures to protect the restaurant's data and IT systems from cyber threats.

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and delivery of services.

Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors.

Staff Training and Support:

Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and tools.

Develop and update user manuals and training materials.

Project Management:

Lead IT projects, such as the implementation of new systems or technologies, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion.

Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and management.

Leadership: Ability to lead and take ownership and work closely with Management.
