Senior Network Engineer - 6 Month Contract - ASAP

This role is with a high-frequency trading client in London and focuses on supporting and improving ultra-low latency network environments. The engineer will work closely with internal trading, development, and infrastructure teams on projects involving market data distribution, multicast networking, venue onboarding, and performance optimisation

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-performance, low-latency networks for trading and market data environments.
• Lead and support Venue Onboarding projects across international financial exchanges.
• Engineer and fine-tune multicast and market data distribution infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot Arista networking platforms.
• Work closely with internal trading desks and application developers.

Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Arista networking.
• Proven experience with Market Data, Multicast, or ULL environments.
• Background in financial services, trading, or other low-latency sectors is highly desirable.
• Passion for learning network automation and modern tooling.
