Location: Barcelona
Contract: 3 months +
Day Rate: £500 per day

The Role:

Our leading client requires a Genesys PureCloud Contact Center Developer & ACD Controller. You will be the focal point for software development to customize, configure and extend the Genesys PureConnect and PureCloud telephony platforms. Urgently required to be based in Barcelona for an initial 3 month contract, ideally Spanish but not a mandate.

Technical Skills

*Deep expertise and familiarity with the Genesys products and development platform; PureCloud, PureEngage, PureConnect, AWS
*Knowledge of automatic call distribution (ACD) and SMS messages
*Understanding of integration services including XML, SOAP, REST, TCP/IP, JavaScript, and HTML.
*Familiarity with application architecture.
*Familiarity in Datamodelling and architecture.
*PureCloud from a design & architecture angle, and will be able to advise on configuration, reporting & system optimisation.
*Experience supporting and/or working with a contact center
*Experience managing telephony integration and agent softphone endpoints
*Experience defining and developing robust routing and queueing solutions
*Experience defining and developing robust Quality Management solutions (ex. Call Recording & Scorecards)
*Experience defining and developing robust Contact Center reporting/analytics solutions
