ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced and proactive Scrum Master with a passion for agile methodologies and continuous improvement. With excellent communication and facilitation skills, you're capable of guiding cross-functional teams and removing obstacles to enable delivery success. You thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to contribute to the evolution of agile practices across an organization. Hands-on and results-driven, you are a natural collaborator who fosters teamwork and innovation.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Facilitate Scrum events for Web and Marketing teams (eg, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

• Ensure teams stay focused on goals, deliverables, and process improvements

• Set up Scrum practices according to the Scrum Guide and coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality

• Support the Product Owner with Product Goal definition and backlog management

• Foster collaboration within the teams and between stakeholders

• Actively remove impediments to progress and serve as a servant leader

• Contribute to the adoption of the organization's Agile Way of Working

• Plan and advise on Scrum implementations at the organizational level

• Promote a culture of empirical work and agile mindset

• Monitor project progress using agile metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments

• Familiarity with customer facing, sales and marketing applications

• Interest in learning new tools and techniques

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)

• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of Scrum Master experience
