Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian platform. You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient applications that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop BPM applications using Appian.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements.
Build and maintain Appian objects such as records, reports, interfaces, and process models.
Integrate Appian applications with external systems using APIs and web services.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Document technical specifications and user guides.

Required Qualifications:

Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification preferred.
Strong understanding of Appian architecture and components.
Experience with Appian SAIL, process modelling, and data management.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
