We are looking for a Commercial Delivery Lead to work within the Finance sector for a private sector client.

• Rate: Up to £75,000
• Length: 7 month FTC (Ending Dec 2025)
• Location: East Midlands
• Travel: Mostly remote (once/Twice per month max)

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and execution, ensuring initiatives are successfully taken from idea through discovery, design, and delivery. Working closely with key trading stakeholders across the business to shape and execute a delivery roadmap that turns commercial hypotheses into tangible business outcomes. A strong commercial acumen and a delivery-focused mindset is essential.

The role

• Working with the commercial side of the business to help the team to understand the challenges the budget set's out by having an in-depth understanding of any trading gaps.
• Planning - Work with the H/O & Trading team to create a clear plan to deliver the in year trading targets & help to drive consensus on prioritisation and ensure the plan is simple, clear & deliverable.
• Work with the product team to have active conversations around scope, benefits & KPI's well in advance of work starting. Drive initiatives from idea through discovery, design, and delivery, ensuring they are effectively executed and deliver on expected outcomes
