Print Service Manager

A global IT managed service provider is looking for a highly organised and proactive Print Service Manager to lead their end client's International & Print Service Management operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of print services across global locations, including APAC, EMEA, and India, while overseeing key vendor relationships and driving strategic initiatives such as print reduction and cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor relationships, payments, and budgets related to print services.
  • Lead risk mitigation efforts for audits, compliance, outsourcing, and ESO reviews.
  • Provide operational support for international print services, resolving escalations in a timely manner.
  • Handle service requests for printer relocations, updates, remediations, and coordinate with real estate teams.
  • Maintain accurate asset management records for all printers throughout their life cycle.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track print usage and service performance.
  • Drive the transition out of Legacy platforms, engaging with application owners to ensure a smooth shift.
  • Design and execute a migration strategy for RedTitan to a cloud-based environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production support or print service management in a large enterprise setting.
  • Strong background in vendor and contract management.
  • Experience with international operations, particularly in APAC, EMEA, and India.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with audit processes, compliance standards, and outsourcing governance.
  • Ability to manage complex service environments and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with cloud migration projects is a plus.
