Corporate Support Manager

This role is central to managing Freedom of Information (FOI) and Environmental Information Regulation (EIR) requests, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and high-quality stakeholder engagement.
You'll work closely with the Lead Corporate Support Manager to drive best practices, streamline casework processes, and support wider corporate functions in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Essential skills:
- In-depth knowledge of FOI and EIR (Scotland) legislation and experience responding to complex requests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to collate and evaluate information from diverse sources.
- Confident working independently, identifying process gaps and proposing effective solutions.
- Excellent organisation and workload management, balancing competing priorities with ease.
- Experience with case management systems and redacting documents to legal and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring staff in a corporate or compliance-focused setting.
