Locations: Hybrid and one of the following; Cheltenham, Bristol, Feltham, Preswick or Cardiff
CLEARANCE: SC AND MOD CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED WILL NOT PUT THROUGH CLEARANCE
Nationality: British Nationals only
Rate: Neg
Status: Inside IR35
Term: Initial 6 months
We are looking for multiple experienced IT support professionals to join our clients teams across several locations in delivering reliable, on-site technical services across various UK locations. If you're skilled in troubleshooting and customer-focused, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities

Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
-
Re-image devices and reinstall or configure applications
-
Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications
-
Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware replacement
-
Document issues and resolutions in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
-
Install pre-packaged software manually from USB
-
Support Windows 10 to Windows 11 in-place upgrade migrations
-
Perform hardware refresh activities as required
Requirements
-
Proven experience in desktop and user support roles
-
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and ServiceNow
