We are a thriving, well-established chiropractic practice in beautiful Summerville, South Carolina, a vibrant, fast-growing town just outside Charleston. This is a unique opportunity to step into a systematized, referral-based, wellness-focused clinic with a solid patient base, supportive systems, and a path toward long-term partnership or ownership.

We re seeking an associate chiropractor who is either ready to grow their career with strong support or someone with experience who s simply looking for a stable, fulfilling environment without the headache of running a business solo.

Now a fully independent practice after more than a decade in a national franchise. Step into a well managed, streamlined systems for care plans, patient communication, and retention. We are situated in a fast-growing section of town with great frontage, easy access, and ample opportunity for growth. next phase of growth. The practice has a strong referral network of doctors, the VA, lawyers, and patients which creates stability without advertising. We see a mix of insurance, cash, PI, and VA, with some of the strongest retention and closing rates in the business.

Compensation & Structure

• Base Salary: $50,000/year (W-2 position)
• Bonus: % of collections above $10,000/month
• Ownership Track: Option to begin buy-in after 12 months or sooner if growth goals are met.
