Robert Half is partnering with a government organisation to recruit an RPA Developer for an initial 3-6 month contract

Role:

The successful candidate will work on the development and deployment of robotic process automation solutions aimed at optimising business processes while ensuring data security and compliance.

• Develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath in a secure government setting.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define functional requirements.

• Implement best practices for RPA development, testing, and deployment, ensuring compliance with government security standards.

• Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes to identify and resolve issues effectively.

• Document RPA processes and maintain detailed technical specifications.

• Conduct testing to validate RPA performance and ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated processes.

• Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure implementation of automation solutions.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on UiPath.

• Valid DV (Developed Vetting) and MVP3 clearance.

• Strong understanding of RPA best practices, development life cycle, and implementation methodologies.

• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath modules.

• Experience in integrating RPA with various enterprise systems and applications.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.

• Ability to work in a highly secure and regulated environment.
