*Oracle TM Consultant - Long Term Project - Fully Remote in EU - Leading Organisation.*

Job Summary

RED Global are seeking an experienced OTM Technical Consultant to join an important project with a leading client of ours. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to support global operations, including activities in both CET and APAC time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer IT/business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Provide support during CET business hours, and be available for testing and go-live support in the APAC time zone when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OTM functionality and integrations.
• Participate in the development and tuning of planning parameters and workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with OTM configuration, including Rate Management and Rate Table Structure.
• Expertise in planning functions such as multi-stop, multi-leg routing, consolidation pools, and network routing.
• Proven experience with workflow customization using agents, events, and actions.
• Solid understanding of OTM XML messaging and integration points.
• Proficiency in SQL, including query development and BI reporting model creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international team environment.
