RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) - Chelmsford, Essex - £35,000-£38,000

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking to make a real impact? We're seeking a skilled RMN to join our Multi-Disciplinary Team, delivering high-quality care and promoting the best interests of patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed nursing care to a defined group of patients.
• Work collaboratively with patients and their families to assess, plan, and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate care plans, and respond to changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe care environment and adhere to safeguarding protocols.
• Participate in clinical supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.
• Support newly qualified staff as a Preceptor.
• Work in accordance with the Mental Health Act, Capacity Act, and NMC Code.

What We're Looking For:

• Registered RMN with active NMC registration and a minimum of 6-12 months post-registration experience.
• Experience in a Mental Health Care setting.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality care.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
