Skills & Experience needed:
. Several years of experience in SAP HCM development.
. In-depth knowledge of ABAP programming and HR-specific development
. Experience with tools such as LSMW, BAPIs, ALE/IDocs
. Familiarity with the SAP HCM data model and infotypes.
. Good communication skills in both written and spoken Dutch & English

Nice to have Skills (training will be given in these areas if you don't have):
. Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development.
. Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration.
. Experience with SAP HR Forms or Adobe Interactive Forms.

Additional Info:
. The role demands 50% on-site work in Brussels (50% remote working)
. You must speak both Dutch and English to a professional level
. You must be based in Belgium (or willing to relocate)
