Software Asset Management - Cloud - Software Licencing - Leamington Spa (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about technology, compliance, and getting the most value out of software investments? I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst to join a well-known consultancy and help drive smart, strategic decisions around software usage for their client.

In this role, you'll play a key part in managing our software assets across both traditional and cloud platforms. You'll work with stakeholders across departments to ensure we're compliant, cost-effective, and ready for vendor audits. Your insights will support informed licensing choices and risk management, particularly in cloud environments such as AWS and Google Cloud.

I am therefore keen to speak with candidates who have

  • A strong understanding of enterprise software licensing models and how they apply in real-world scenarios
  • First-hand experience handling software audits and maintaining compliance across a range of vendors
  • Familiarity with cloud licensing practices, ideally in AWS and GCP environments
  • Confidence in engaging with colleagues at all levels - whether influencing decisions, building relationships or supporting training
  • A methodical approach to juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and staying organised under pressure
  • The ability to lead by example and encourage collaboration across teams
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a talent for building trust and providing practical advice
  • ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4) would be a strong advantage

This is a great opportunity to join a busy client where your voice is heard and your expertise valued. They offer opportunities to grow your skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and work in a supportive environment that values continuous improvement.

Interested? Apply now for immediate consideration!
