Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Application Developer with strong SAP ABAP skills and preferably knowledge of SAP HCM (Personnel Administration). As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll be responsible for leading development activities, contributing to key team decisions, mentoring junior members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will design, build, test, and optimize applications aligned with business needs, while staying current with best practices and SAP innovations.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience
• Experience with SAP HCM (Personnel Administration highly preferred)
• Strong applications architecture knowledge
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with teams
• Fluent in English
