Supply Chain Manager - Trial Supplies - Uxbridge

Atrium EMEA are looking for several Clinical Supply Chain Managers to support a Global Pharmaceutical client in Uxbridge, on a Trail Supplies programme. These roles are all PAYE for 6 months, 50% onsite work required. Previous Pharmaceutical experience required alongside global drug development process/regulations.

Essential:

* Pharma industry related experience.
* Clinical Supplies/Development with global experience or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of the global drug development process and global regulatory requirements.
* Proficient and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as Project management.
* Forecasting and Planning as well as Manufacturing, Packaging & Labelling, IVRS, Logistics, Quality and/or Stability.
* Understanding of import/export requirements.
* Knowledge of IVRS and CTMS systems, helpful.
* Applies and drives Forecasting and Planning activity as it relates to protocol.
* Ability to build/drive internal team consensus.
* Translates broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans.
* Conflict resolution (manages disagreements).
* Negotiation (Manages Execution, Results Driven, Analysis of Issues, Effective Speaking, Builds Relationships).
* Influencing (manages influencing others).
