Head of AI | Strategy | Innovation | Enterprise AI | London (Hybrid)

At Method, we've partnered with a global travel brand that's doubling down on AI and they're looking for a Head of AI to take the reins and deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade innovation.

This isn't just about algorithms. It's about leading from the front, building the function, shaping the roadmap, and putting AI at the heart of a digital-first business. You'll drive value where it counts: better customer experiences, smarter decisions, and leaner operations.

This role will be the pivot for our client to go into AI and you be building a highly-skilled team to lead over the coming years.

What you'll do:

• Own and evolve the AI strategy from ideation to execution, at pace.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI function focused on rapid prototyping, delivery, and scaling.
• Work closely with C-level stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into real-world use cases.
• Deliver solutions across customer personalisation, automation, fraud detection, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure robust integration of AI into core platforms, driving performance and scalability.
• Foster a culture of ethical, responsible AI usage and experimentation.

What you'll bring:

• Proven background delivering enterprise-level AI at scale ideally in fast-moving, customer-centric industries (travel, retail, tech, etc.).
• Strong technical grounding in AI/ML, with an emphasis on practical deployment, not academic perfection.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams' engineers, researchers, product and data.
• Ability to influence across business, product, and engineering to align priorities and drive measurable impact.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI infrastructure, scalable architecture, and modern data stacks.
• Obsessed with outcomes you deliver, test, learn, and iterate at speed.
