We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to ensure ou client's adherence to regulatory timelines and drive the coordination and delivery of multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

- Support decision making boards with achieving critical milestones by improving projects and processes.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the initiative lead/product owners and engage with key stakeholders.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

- Ensure there is a clear roadmap and up-to-date and relevant overviews of status, decisions, impediments and dependencies.

Profile:

• You have proven experience in IT project management in large, complex, international environments (preferably in the banking/financial sector)
• You are familiar with project methodologies such as Scrum, PMP, PRINCE II and IPMA
• You have a proven track record in successfully realizing complex (Agile) change initiatives
• You have worked on IT projects related to: DORA/Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity/Audit
• You have a solid technical background and excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
