We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a German Speaking IAM Cloud Engineer (Medical Device Sector). The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton with good home office allowance.

Your Role:

• Administrate & further develop a hybrid Microsoft Entra ID & ADDS (Active Directory Domain Services) environment.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles & policies in both systems whilst considering interfaces to peripheral systems.
• Automate identity processes.
• Setup, optimize & manage MFA, Conditional Access, Defender for Identity & Identity Protection.
• Integrate third-party applications via single sign-on & federation.
• Analyze & remediate of security-related identity & IAM incidents.
• Create & maintain technical documentation, training materials & operating manuals.
• Closely cooperate with colleague from security & infrastructure.

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of professional experience Administrating Hybrid Entra ID (Azure AD) & Active Directory environments.
• A sound knowledge in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Ideally experienced in technically leading experienced colleagues.

Your Profile:

• Completed Higher Education/University Degree in Computer Science, ideally with focus on Systems Engineering or IT Security (or similar).
• Ideally Microsoft Certified, for example as an Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Fluent in English & good German language skills (to B2 level or higher).
