My client are a leading facilities maintenance company, which operate throughout the UK. As an Account Manager you'll be managing the hard FM (reactive and planned) services on a high-profile contract. This position, you will be involved in management of the engineering team. You will manage the operational delivery of the contract to ensure the provision of a quality, client focused service that meets SLA's and contract obligations. You will be looking after a team of 11 engineers.

To oversee the delivery of the engineering services, ensuring statutory compliance with current legislation and local codes of practice
Overall responsibility and management of P&L
Provide strong and visible leadership and management of a team
Manage and develop the client relationship
Ensure that all management tasks are completed and deadlines are metPerson specification;
Mechanical or Electrical background essential
Knowledge of Hard Services
Strong experience of people management
Project management experience
