You'll work on exciting, high-consideration brands-from global music festivals to game-changing wellness ventures-crafting smart, strategic ad campaigns that genuinely move the needle.

Salary: £25,000-£34,000 depending on experience
Location: Fully remote (team across UK + Europe)
Start Date: ASAP

What you'll do:

• Support Paid Media Leads with setup, reporting & optimisation

• Run ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok

• Contribute to strategy, testing, and performance analysis

• Build dashboards, analyse funnels, and help drive real commercial outcomes

• At least 1 year running paid social ads professionally

• Someone who thrives on both creative and analytical thinking

• A naturally curious, highly detail-oriented team player

• Must be fluent in English and hold a Bachelor's degree

• 3 paid team trips a year to European destinations

• £500 home office setup allowance
