Operations Analyst Fix Protocol/Trade Specialist Support for a leading financial Exchange based in the City.

5 years of experience

Experience with FIX Protocol

Extensive experience using Unix/Linux Servers

Ability to write advanced SQL queries and a strong understanding of relational databases

Scripting experience eg bash/Shell, python or similar

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products

Proven use of GIT or similar

Experience of network support and troubleshooting

Exposure to UK and EU equity markets an advantage

The primary responsibilities of the Operations Analyst will be maintaining and running of our clients exchange platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible, along with other operations analysts, for the day-to-day management of the exchange platforms.

Provide support to connected clients

Support the build out and configuring of new exchange platforms

Take a lead role in technology client support, including platform delivery management, support and knowledge transfer

Raise and deploy changes to support the day to day running of multiple exchange platforms

Be a subject matter expert of the exchange platforms offered from a technological perspective.
