Fixed Income Pricing Developer

My client have an exciting opportunity to join a Front Office technology team at the forefront of market-making, execution, and pricing applications. With strong backing from senior leadership, including strategic hires from top-tier firms, this role offers the chance to drive innovation in cutting-edge trading technology.

They are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to manage a dynamic team of developers in London. The primary focus will be optimizing RFQ pricing systems, enhancing low-latency performance in Fixed Income and Emerging Markets trading.

• Demonstrated experience leading development teams.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with traders and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Modern .NET environment, with ongoing upgrades to the latest versions.
• Containerized architecture leveraging Kubernetes for scalability and resilience.
• Low-latency messaging solutions designed for high-performance trading.
• Continuous optimization of pricing engines, with a strong focus on reducing execution times significantly.
• Experience with RFQ systems is beneficial but not essential.
• Open to candidates with expertise across different asset classes, though familiarity with Fixed Income is an advantage.
