Job Opportunity: Structured Notes Change SME
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: £750/day PAYE (excluding holiday pay)

A leading global financial institution is seeking a Structured Notes Change SME to join their Institutional Equity Division on a contract basis. This is a high-impact role supporting major change initiatives within their structured products operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead detailed workflow analysis related to structured products
Identify inefficiencies and propose strategic improvements
Pinpoint opportunities for automation and work with IT teams to implement solutions
Redesign and document processes to meet business and regulatory goals
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business

Your Experience:

Deep expertise in structured products or relevant financial services experience
Excellent analytical and process design skills
Exposure to automation tools and technology
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable managing complex projects in fast-paced environments
