Conexus is partnered with a global consulting firm to source an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join our team on a freelance basis to support their client's S/4HANA transformation project in a critical role in the successful implementation and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within their client's S/4HANA transformation and you'll be there to provide expert guidance, conduct workshops and ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IBP.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP IBP Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP IBP.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Germany 50-60% of the time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
